As with other Mikkeller ales, Henry and his science benefits from some unique and bold branding. An effort has certainly been made, and it works. We are excited for this! What we encounter is a pale golden lager, extremely light in colour. An instant whirlwind of fresh peaches and apricot hit our senses. This smell transfers subtly into the taste with a vibrant, fruity, almost fuzzy bang.
"A vibrant, fruity, almost fuzzy BANG!"

A thin mouthfeel and a pleasant fading finish provides a constant flavour. It is perhaps a little sour. But a sour beer to tempt the tastebuds of those not fully committed to the sour beer cause. The sharpness and fruitfulness make you sip slowly and constantly.

Perfect for an evenings drinking without feeling like you are sitting there wondering how many cokes you can handle.
