As UK Winner of the 2017 World Beer Awards this already had our tastbuds primed for action. So, initial impressions; A thin pour with a small head but plenty of bubbles. It has a beautifully clear golden tone. It smells like quality, a tease rather than a full bodied aroma.

Big Drop Pale Ale has a solid and mature flavour with bitterness developing through to the finish. A great bite of carbonation and bitterness simulates real ale extremely well. It feels just right.

"You simply can’t argue against how good it is"

When there are ales of this quality, it seems senseless to drink lesser ones. A real star player in non-alcohol beers. It’s easy to drink all night, rather than get sick after two and need to switch to soft drinks.

On a serious note, if you were looking for a drink to start a conversation with a friend about drinking practices and lifestyle changes, use this. You simply can’t argue against how good it is.
